This year’s theme: “Bahá’í– there is hope”
This year’s guest speaker is Beppe Robiati from Italy, who is participating with his wife Mehry. Many will probably remember them from a previous summer school here in Denmark and visits to Copenhagen and Odense this winter. Of course, we also have other speakers, including Daniel Grolin, who will delve into the theme of “Peace, Hope and Security”.
Beppe Robiati speaks about
“The pen of Bahá’u’lláh and his writings”
-Immerse yourself in the ocean of my writings”
Mehry Robiati speaks about
“Marriage and family life”
The main program will be in English with translation to Danish.

Participation in Ruhi Book study
Participants at the school will have the opportunity to participate in the Ruhi book, the Spirit of Faith, which the Counsellor has recommended us to study. The summerschool will provide a room, a tutor and books. The group decides for themselves when they will spend the approx. 6-7 hours they will need for the study.
Children and junior youth
We are in the process of preparing programs for children and juniors, but can already present something new for this year:
a Bahá’i Children’s Band
Every morning at the summer school, this year, there will be a children’s band for anyone who wants to join. We will play and sing some of the new songs for the children’s classes that Sara and Anders have written during the past year and we will end with a concert on Saturday evening! You do not need to be able to play beforehand, but it is great if you can and want to bring your instrument. We look forward to making music with you!
Sports and Fun!
At the school, there will also be plenty of opportunities to meet new people, do sports and gain experience. Use of the gym, green areas and fitness room is included in the price. The beach is 3 km away (5 minutes by car).
Registration and accommodation
If the above sounds like something you’d like to join, you can read more about the different options for participation and accommodation and find what suits you. See the links on the right.
The summer school takes place at a secondary school for young people. This means plenty of bunk beds and stairs and no private bathrooms. If someone wants a little more comfort, there are ample
opportunities for other accommodation in the area, including Kerteminde Hostel or a rented summer house.
